Support Improved Polygon Labelling for Feature Services

The February 2026 ArcGIS Online update included improvements to polygon labelling from feature services to support label placement based on map display extent, this functionality works well in Esri Map Viewer but doesn't seem to be currently supported in VertiGIS Studio Web.
