Basemap in Layer List and link visibility with Basemap selector...

As title, GVH users now in VS Web who want to be able to easily change the basemap with selector, but also see those choices in the Layer list for fine-grain control.  

We have multiple base and reference layers that a user may want to modify visibility/transparency in the layer list, or just with the selector …

  Agreed, we often quick toggle between all the Nearmap epochs and also use the transparency slider on layers.

  This would be great to include in VS Web, currently use this in Essentials and would help our users! Specifically with transparency. Right now having them in slider and layer list is confusing users.
