Collapse basemap picker list once a basemap is selected

Currently, the basemap list stays open after selecting a new basemap and requires the user to click somewhere in the map or on the basemap selector icon to collapse the list.

The extra click required is an unnecessary annoyance. Please collapse the list once a basemap is selected so that the user can continue their work in the application.
