Guided Import Coordinate system should pull from Coordinate options

Hi 

Most of our user wouldn't have a clue what a espg number is so using it as a option in the guided import seems silly. 

I would suggest that the coordinate system in the guided import be a drop down from the coordinate options from the coordinates section under services. 

This seems to be the default in the find coordinates tool so it makes sense to do it here as well.
