Better error messages when starting Web Viewer

If you don't sign in or not authorirized dor a viewer but got a link the message:

is shown to the end user. This is not user friendly. Please give us direction on how to fix this or build a solution with clear messages what is going on.

  And I understand not all error details are shown by default, but now I've often to ask customers for a new screenshot including the details. Perhaps by default the first five lines of the details can be shown, with a More… hyperlink to show the complete error details?
