Query Builder - be able to hide certain fields of a layer from the field dropdown list

In GVH, some fields of a layer can be marked as invisible and won't show in the fields list of that layer in Query Builder. 

Can I request that we implement similar method in VSW so that we can hide the fields marked as not searchable (such as Shape_Area, Shape_Lenght) from the field list?

  Something like what we are doing with the fields' Searchable setting would be very helpful here, and ditto for the Query ability.  Can we get a couple more fieldExtension properties in the layer?
