Reorder Related Data and Data Links

Is there a way to re-order datalinks and related data in VSW Web?

We have a layer that has both Related Data and Data Links. We can reorder the data links, but the related data always appears at the end after the datalinks.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?

  I also would like to put the external links above data link section in the results pane.
