Add Layers Interface

Hi. The interface displays the first 50 items, but there is no way to page through additional layers to add. We have a large catalog available that exceeds 50. I'm aware that one can search for layers. My idea is to enable browsing all of the layers. This could be done via paging, or could be just scrolling through the full list of items.
