Implement Building Explorer widget in VertiGIS Studio Web

Esri's Experience builder has a Building Explorer Widget. VertiGIS studio Web needs to do more in building out its 3D capabilities. Adding support for the Building Explorer Widget that is in Experience Builder would be a good start.

  Agree that building our 3D capabilities would be wonderful. So far, we've been kept very busy helping people with 2D requirements had have taken precedence.
