The possibility to choose whether a shared project should adopt layer list from app or project.
I wondered if it could be in the pipeline for development to have the possibility to choose whether a shared project should adopt the layer list from the web map or from the the project?
The use case is, that our customers use the Share Project component to share short lived projects with their colleagues in the organization (etc. drawing in planning). As it is now, if an administrator adds new data to the web map, this will not be displayed in the layer list after having loaded a Shared Project. Of course this makes sense as is should be possible to add, delete or rearrange layers and then save/share them. However, it would be very useful if it was possible to import layers from the default web map into the layer list which has been confiured differently (does not have the newest layer) or a toggle button between the original and a configured layer list.
Thus, it would both be possible to configure the layer list as you want but that user would not miss new data added and become confused about what is set by the administrator and what they have changed.

Agreed, something to address new layers in saved projects would be great. While some users may use projects for short periods of time, we have many business units within our organisation who use specific projects every day and long term. These users would love to utilise newly added layers and having to rebuild the projects with each new release is tiresome.
