Provide an option to hide / remove map services' attribution from Web App and Print outputs

Our web maps contains many layers published and maintained by our team. VSW shows all the layers' copyrights in the attribution footer bar and so there are many duplicates there.               

GVH has a way to hide the attribution in map viewer and the print outputs. Could VSW provide similar functionality?

  For the print templates, you could delete the Attribution component located here:
