Include time in display of the latest deploy , not just date

RELEASED: Web 5.13

When pushing a web app from dev to production in the GXW designer, the last deploy DATE is displayed. It would be a lot more helpful if the time was also displayed because sometimes and app is updated several times per day and it can help remind the last time those changes were deployed.

  Seems like a simple enough request, I'll put something in the backlog to address this.
