More Options for Bulk Edit

Currently, it looks like we can Make Layers visible or not with Bulk Edit, but another useful option would be to bulk edit the parameter to Hide the Layer or Show the layer in the Layer List as part of Layer Presets.  I would also think a Bulk Edit option for Sublayers would be useful as well for both Display and Hiding\Showing.

  I see the Sublayers have a Bulk for Display, but the Hide\Show is still relevant for Bulk in the Sub Cateogry.
