RELEASED: Web 5.24

Allow the ability to Save, Open Sessions as a Viewer in Portal.  Currently we use Viewers in Enterprise and Geocortex Essentials to Open, Save and Save As for Sessions to track Bookmarks, Themes , Symbology, etc.  We would need the ability in VS Web as well and hope we can do the same with Viewers as we have more Viewers then Creators.  Hope this make sense.

  Currently possible (which is why we used files) ... a more robust project sharing mechanism (not storing them in Portal which would require creator users) is planned.
