GEONIS Administrator is not found or cannot be run

Problem

For some time, the GEONIS administrator is no longer available or cannot be executed on my workstation.

Cause

Most antivirus software regularly updates the list of applications to be blocked. It is possible that the antivirus software mistakenly added the GEONIS administrator to its list of blocked applications.

Example with the antivirus software Sophos Intercept X:

Solution

Add an exception rule for the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Geocom\GEONIS\expert\GeonisAdministrator.exe"
