How can I disable the cache of attribute masks?

Problem

Every time an attribute mask is changed, the GEONISserverSOE map service has to be restarted.

Solution

Possible procedure if the cache has to be created again and again for test purposes:

In the pooling of the GEONISserverSOE map service instances min/max =1.
Then the cache can be rebuilt with the following URL (example):
https://my.server/arcgis/rest/services/GEONISserverSOE2017/MapServer/exts/GEONISserver2017/administration/cache/BuildCache?project=oberburg_wat&lang=de&ds=&sm=&synergis_jsessionid=&x-syn-login=&x-syn-groups=&x-syn-application-roles=&gtoken=&f=html
