Redefine directory structure in GEONIS Administrator after restart

Problem

As soon as the computer is restarted or the user logs out and logs back in, the connection in the directory structure in the GEONIS Administrator is lost.

The folder of the GEONIS directory must be reselected each time.

Cause

1. GEONISQDrive.bat is disabled in the startup.

2. GEONISQDrive.bat is missing under C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup or is incorrectly configured.

Solution

1. Windows Task Manager > Startup tab > Right-click on GEONISQDrive.bat > Enable

2. GEONISQDrive.bat from a properly functioning computer should be copied / replaced.
