Profile tool creates wrong terrain height

Problem

A profile should be generated based on one of the terrain services of arcgisonline.nl. However, the terrain displayed in the profile does not match the values in the service and the values in the measured profile.

Lösung

The layer properties have to be changed. If the function under "Processing Templates" is set to "None", the profile will be drawn correctly:
