Windows are not displayed, resp. are outside the visible screen area

Problem

If a window (e.g. attribute editor) of an object is opened in GEONIS, the window does not appear in the visible screen area.

Cause

This problem can occur when switching from a double screen to a single screen. Then windows may open in the non-visible area of the screen.

Solution

  1. Close all GEONIS / ArcMap windows

  2. Open the GEONIS Administrator

  3. Click on the "Reset window positions" button in the application settings:mceclip0.png

  4. Open GEONIS, load a project and open an attribute mask of an object. The mask should now be displayed again.
