When do I need a Creator user type for VertiGIS Networks Editor?

For most functionality in the VertiGIS Networks Editor, a "Contributor" user type is sufficient.

However, a "Creator" user type would be required, if content should be shared or managed in the Portal. In VertiGIS Networks Editor this would be the case to:

• Provide a georeferencing items as Portal Items,
• Store user preferences (Studio Logic).

If you are not using a Creator (only Contributor), please note that in this case georeferenced items can also be shared via a shared drive (and not the Portal) and the user preferences will then be stored in the individual browser cache.
