Studio Desktop for ArcGIS Pro is comprised of 4 broad functionalities:

Track selections and run actions such as bulk updates or exports, quickly align and rotate point symbols, and efficiently manage definition queries across layers. Speed up editing with bulk attribute updates, compare attributes across multiple layers, and easily create and edit parallel lines with customizable spacing and alignment.
Workflow for ArcGIS Pro: Studio Desktop Workflow for ArcGIS Pro extends the capabilities of ArcGIS Pro beyond standard tools such as ModelBuilder and Esri Tasks. Rather than replacing existing functionality, it enhances and complements it by adding greater interactivity and process automation. Dynamic forms can adapt based on user input, creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience while helping users complete workflows faster and with greater accuracy.
Reporting for ArcGIS Pro: Studio Desktop Reporting brings all the benefits of reporting directly into ArcGIS Pro, with a context-based interface that adapts to the current task for a more intuitive user experience. It integrates seamlessly with the ArcGIS Pro ribbon, Identify Tool, and Results List, making it easy to generate reports from selected features and analysis results. Reporting can also be incorporated into automated workflows as an activity, enabling consistent and repeatable processes. Reports can run interactively in the foreground or be executed as background processes, helping users save time and maintain productivity.
Printing for ArcGIS Pro: Studio Desktop Printing for ArcGIS Pro enhances map production with flexible, powerful printing and layout tools fully integrated into ArcGIS Pro. Users can design and manage layouts through the Layout Editor and Layout Manager, configure printing with reusable settings, and print directly from the Layout Gallery. The solution supports both single-page and multi-page outputs, including standard templates, dynamic infinite page sizes for large or linear features, line-based map series for corridors such as roads and pipelines, grid-based map books for large areas, and time-series printing to visualize changes over time. Advanced print area selection, rotation, scaling, overlap management, and customizable layouts help users efficiently create high-quality map products for a wide range of mapping needs.
