Problem
After installing Windows updates KB5066835 and KB5070773 on Windows 11, a display issue occurred in ArcMap 10.8.2:
Text input in editor windows was overlapping, significantly impairing usability.
Cause
The mentioned Windows updates caused incorrect rendering of text input fields in ArcMap.
Solution
The subsequently released update KB5067036 resolves the issue.
