The protection of our customer data is particularly important to us and requires continuous improvement. For this reason, we are standardising our systems and merging the transfer portal currently used only for ConnectMaster (filetransfer.connectmaster.com) with our new general portal (transfer.vertigis.com).
How do we protect your data?
The new platform is still based on the Cerberus FTP server and now runs GDPR-compliant in Germany in the Open Telekom Cloud. Data is stored in encrypted form and scanned for viruses. The maximum file size per file is 16 GB (this limit can be increased by VertiGIS if necessary). Transmitted data should be deleted from the transfer server after successful download by the recipient; automatic deletion takes place after 30 days.
A separate, protected area is created for each organisation. Data is uploaded and downloaded in encrypted form in the browser (https). All employees of an organisation with access to the new Transfer Portal have access to their organisation's data.
How do I get access to the new portal?
