Our Global Maintenance & Support Program has the clear goal of being a uniform standard for all VertiGIS customers and partners that is easy to understand and follow. An important goal is that it is fair and balanced for everyone.
Historically, there were different contract agreements for VertiGIS customers due to the merger of many previously independent companies. It is therefore possible that individual terms and conditions in previous contracts may have been worded differently.
If you feel that some part of your agreement is no longer covered by the Global Maintenance & Support Program, please contact your responsible account manager so that we can find a solution together.
