Where can I retrieve my ConnectMaster license key?

To ensure a quick help VertiGIS, In some cases it is important to verify the license used. It allows us to make sure the licence is configured correctly and all the needed modules are enabled.

Please make sure to send the licence as text and not as a screenshot.

ConnectMaster & AdminTool 

• The license key can be found in the top menu bar - Help - Info, both in ConnectMaster and within the AdminTool.

Open the section "Key". The license key can be copied from here.

Another way to retrieve the license key:

First connect to the database with the AdminTool. Then you can find the license key setting in Setup - License key. 

The "New key" value can now be copied. Here you have also the option to change the key if necessary.
