Layers in the table of contents can be made visible or hidden via the URL Call interface
This new functionality makes it possible to adjust the visibility for individual topics that are already in the table of contents ("TOC") at the start of the project, based on a configured map view. It should be noted that this does not change the content of the TOC itself and it is not possible to add additional layers to it.
The format of the new URL parameter allows for a clear listing of the desired topics. The extcallid assigned to the corresponding layer is used as the identifier.

The URL parameter "map_layers_visibility" takes effect in the Core Client, in the Flex Client as well as in the MapWidget. The parameter can be used at the start of the project or in an external call that is sent to an existing session.

Core Client: Support for all public ArcGIS services in the WebScene Custom Tool.
In the WebScene Custom Tool, any non-secured service types published on ArcGIS can now be included using the new url
parameter.

Core Client: Support for hectometer markers in the "Measure" tool
With hectometer markers, a new type of measurement tool is provided.

This allows a marker to be displayed on the measurement line at a configurable regular interval (e.g. every 100 meters).

Flex Client: Support for saving and loading project states
With activated user administration, project states ("Savestates") can now also be created, modified, deleted or directly loaded in the Flex Client.
Project states can be used across all clients, i.e. the list of available project states does not distinguish whether a project state was originally created in the Core Client or in the Flex Client.

Printing via VertiGIS Printing Engine becomes the new standard
The modern printing via the geoprocessing tool developed by VertiGIS (which is also used in the products VertiGIS Studio Web and VertiGIS Networks) replaces in WebOffice the traditional printing via the WebOffice SOE ("Output Service").
Therefore, in WebOffice author in the tab "Edit project" the entry point "Print" has been renamed to "VertiGIS Printing". This opens the corresponding configuration item "VertiGIS Printing" (previously called "Esri Printing").

The configuration of WebOffice SOE Printing can still be accessed via the "Tools" entry point where the "Print (Legacy)" tool can be found (previously called "Print").
By popular request, the possibility to group the different print templates into categories has also been added to VertiGIS Printing.
