Finding the version of your M4 product

All major products in the M4 Software Suite have a way to find what version of the software you are running. Finding it varies slightly by product, but is generally similar.

To find your version of M4 Solutions or M4 Console:

On the main toolbar find the Help dropdown and select About.

Your version will be displayed in the pop-up window.

To find your version of Web Console 2 or PinPoint811:

From the homepage, click the About link under the Task Bars on the left.

Your version will be displayed in the window that replaces the Task Bars.

*NOTE: This process is the same regardless of which product your webpage opens by default.*

To find your version of M4 Workforce, MobileTech, MTPro, or legacy M4 Web Console:

Navigate to your product web page and click the Product Selection in the top left and click About.

Your version will be displayed in the pop-up window.
