There is already an ElementManager method that returns an <elementId, value> dictionary for attributes, but for some reason, the same does not exist for properties

This limitation becomes a significant issue when attempting to bulk collect a given property value for many objects at once. The user is forced to loop over all objects one at a time and make a request for the property value for each individually, increasing processing time and network overhead. Below is an example of both the method that already exists for attributes and the expected format of the requested method.
