How to keep individual labels on MultiPolygons after updating label settings in VertiGIS Studio Web?

"In an ArcGIS Enterprise environment, is there an option for multi-polygon geometry to ensure that all individual polygons receive a separate label in a VS Web app, AND to have the option to edit their label settings in the VS Web App so that ALL individual polygons still receive the updated label afterwards?"
