Event listener for printing

Hi All,

I would like to get the details of print events, mostly to help those who experience issues when they are printing the map using the templates. Currently, I have to have them recreate what they printed and view their console to find out the printing details to debug it. 
 

I can get the print events to trigger a workflow but what I really need are the print arguments to be passed into the workflow which I haven't been able to do.

This is what I have so far.
 

Has anyone been able to pass these print arguments into a workflow? 

They can be found in the reference guide here - Events Reference | VertiGIS Studio Developer Center For example -

Any suggestions would be welcome.

  Hi Bryan,

  It looks like you’re using the functionality correctly.

  Unfortunately, there is currently a known issue with the printing event listener. While the command itself works as intended, parameters are not properly passed when triggered via a workflow—exactly as you described.

  This has already been logged as
  Bug 346623: [Printing Web] The command 'printing.prepared.update' is not working correctly within a workflow

  We do plan to address this bug to restore the intended full functionality. However, please note that this work item is not currently on our roadmap, so we’re unable to provide a delivery timeline at this stage.
