AI features in VertiGIS Software are off by default.
You decide when to turn them on, how to use them, and whether to use them at all.
Your workflows always stay in your hands.

2. Clear and Open Transparency

Whenever AI is at work in VertiGIS Software, you’ll know.
We clearly indicate AI-assisted features in the interface so you can understand exactly when and where AI is playing a role.

3. Humans Make the Final Decisions

AI can suggest, summarize, and accelerate; but you remain the decision maker.
VertiGIS Software presents AI results for review before anything becomes final, keeping you in full control of outcomes.

4. Your Prompts and Data Belong to You

For VertiGIS-supplied LLM patterns, we never use your prompts, content, or interactions to train VertiGIS AI models without your explicit consent. Your creativity, your knowledge, and your workflows stay private unless you choose to share them.
For customer-supplied LLM patterns, you are responsible for verifying what the LLM does with your prompts, content, and interactions.

5. Your Data Stays Protected

For VertiGIS-supplied LLM patterns, customer data is never sent to third-party AI systems where it could be used to train external models. We carefully choose AI technologies that respect privacy and ensure your information remains secure and confidential.
For customer-supplied LLM patterns, you are responsible for verifying what the LLM does with your data.

6. Honest AI, not a Black Box

Where possible, VertiGIS Software provides indicators of AI confidence or certainty.
We believe customers deserve clarity about how confident the AI is, not just an answer without context.
