Panel Height Fit-content

"Currently, when opening a panel, there are 4 possible states:

• Full screen
• Middle of the screen
• Minimized (where I believe only the grey bar is visible)
• Hidden

However, this still takes up a lot of space on a smartphone. Is it possible to manually add intermediate states, e.g., 3/4? Alternatively, is it possible for the application to optimize the height itself and automatically reduce the white space? Basically, removing all unnecessary white space to optimize the vertical height?" → Fit-content
