Measurement - Decimal rounding

My idea is the following:
Being able to set decimals (or at least begin able to say no decimals) when it comes to the measurement result. User pointed out to me that measurements don't need to be that detailed and give a false sense of precision, while a measurement can never be that precise. 

I would see this as an addition in the Measurement Settings configuration screen for end-users.
