VGN Locator (EU): Option to disable log generation in DXF export

A customer would like an option to disable the generation of the ExportLogs…log file that is automatically generated and added to the zip file when exporting DXF files. 

This file is convenient for debugging, but should not be provided to users in a production environment, because it reveals information about the system that is otherwise hidden, such as layer names.

  Hi Robin Thor, this is planned for Version 1.9 which will be release at the end of march
