Reusing report on different portals

Hi. Wondering if there's a way to configure this. I have one app on AGOL, with report X available in the app. Now spinning up a new app on our enterprise portal, which needs the same report X. Is there any way I can have the portal app access the AGOL report? Or vice versa, could I have an AGOL app access the portal report?

In the web designer app, I can only seem to access items in the portal within which the app was built. In my case it's actually 3 reports and I'd prefer not to have to recreate and maintain identical reports in different portals.
