Drawing Features with Square Corners

I've searched for posts like this and haven't come up with anything. In Studio Web, the Add Feature tool draws individual vertices, but it's really hard to make them square or orthogonal. It would be great to have a feature like the OpenStreetMap iD Editor “Square” or “Orthogonalize” functionality https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blob/develop/modules/geo/ortho.js
