VS Web Secondary Portal Item
Can someone tell me what causes this to be created and how it is used?
In ArcGIS Online, it has the tag “VertiGIS Studio Web Credentials”. It is created in the “VertiGIS Managed Files (don't delete)” folder and is shared with the organization by default.

Do you have Shared Projects enabled in your Web App?
If so, this is used to store those credentials as a secured item under your account in Online. Otherwise the AccessKeyID and Secret credentials would be available to anyone that has access to your web app, which you probably don't want that.0
