Provide a way to show all workflow tabs

When I have many workflows opened in the designer, the tab bar only has room to display 4 or 5 tabs, depending on the length of the labels on the tabs, and the size of my monitor.

Selecting a hidden tab requires remembering whether that tab is to the left or right, and pressing the < or > buttons until it is visible.

Could we have an option to list all open workflows, and select from there? Maybe something could be added to the navigator, or a ⌄ button could be added to the tab bar, similar to what Firefox and Chrome (but not Edge) use to show a dropdown with a list of tabs.
