ConnectMaster Online Offline Mode

Dear VertiGIS,

I am submitting this suggestion or request on behalf of Liquid Tech. Liquid Tech is suggesting that CMOnline should have an offline mode, the reason behind this is that in some areas in African countries a mobile device does not have a signal to connect to the internet but the field engineer on the field is requested to capture data into ConnectMaster Online, it would help Liquid if you can develop an offline mode for CMOnline even if the application can just store the captured data into cache then when the mobile connects to the internet the data can be updated in the CM database.
