Geocortex workflow alert activity that doesn't require log in
Hello! I am trying to get a warning pop up to appear with a message about how our site will be down for maintenance.
I am using Geocortex Workflow Designer 4.13.2.0 and the “Alert” activity for this pop-up..
I loaded it onto the viewer and prompted it to “Run on startup” which it does, but only if the user is logged in… This is a public facing site with anonymous user access so I need this pop up message to appear every time the site is opened not just when a user is logged in.
I'm guessing there's some setting somewhere that I don't see. I am inheriting this system from my predecessor and really don't know that much about it.
Any help is appreciated.

I use a workflow with just a DisplayForm instead that runs at start up for all users. This includes a markdown and two hyperlinks with an agree button for our public disclaimer. You could do something similar and just enable/disable the workflow when your doing maintenance?
