Add Ability to Expand the size of the Environment Values Table

Please add the ability to expand the Environment Values table to view the entire value and full list of items. Currently using arrows or ‘end’ key or hovering on each individual value to see the item ids. Also scrolling down to see the full list resets to the top of the list after editing items lower down, making it easy to lose your place. The Production Values table's cells are running over each other.

  the overlap issue has been resolved, we will look at if there is a way to allow this to display more dynamically (or wrap)
