Basemap Series - Stay open while panning around map

In Geocortex Essentials, you could have the basemap series open while panning around the map. Now in VertiGIS Studio Web the basemap picker/basemap series dialog closes as soon as you pan the map. I would like this to stay open and interactive (able to slide the basemap series) while interacting with the map.

  to give you an idea how that type of configuration (basemap picker/basemap series) can be achieved. We have the dialog opens when users pan the map. 

  Under the map component, we have Basemap (button) and Basemap (Basemap Picker) like this:  

  

  The Basemap button has the ‘Can be Toggled’ behavior turned on. The Default State of the button uses the ‘Show’ command (that points to Basemap Picker component). The Alternate State sets to ‘Hide’ the component.

  Hi Amanda, I had my button (marked in green) inside a column grouping that didn't contain the basemap picker as well. I reconfigured things so that they were next to each other like you have in your screenshot and that appears to have solved it. Thanks for the help!
