More filter options in designers

Often, we have many ‘projects’ hosted in one ArcGIS environment, where a project typically consists of a viewer, some workflows and reports. When opening an item in one of the designers, all items (of a specific type) are listed, for instance, all workflows across all projects. 

Currently, when opening an item in the designers, we can only filter by My Content, Favorites or Shared with Me. I'd like to have more filter options here, for instance, a folder name, a category and/or certain tags, so that only items that belong to a ‘project’ are listed.

This idea is not just for Workflow, but also for the Web, Reporting and Printing designers, although it's most prominent in Workflow, because there are usually just a few viewers, but multiple workflows.
