VertiGIS Studio applications: Health Check URL's for Technical management

We are interested from a technical management perspective in: Health-check URL's for all the VertiGIS Studio application. What should it monitor? Think for example of: 

• Status of the different applications; 
• Status of the webserver;
• Check of connection ArcGIS still exists or not;
• Licenses expiry date;
• etc.  

A precondition will be that the URLs must be able to be read by an external monitor that uses HTTPS calls. We would like to keep VertiGIS Analytics out of scope in this idea.

  an extension to this could be the health of IDs used in webmap/application dependencies, given this is a quagmire right now.
