Change of default settings on layer presets

In the layer preset settings, the default on whether a group is expanded or collapsed in the layer list is that it is not changed. 

However, if you add additional layers to your web map the layer presets you have already made (e.g. one only displaying nature, one displaying nothing) will then have to be reconfigured to have these layers collapsed. 

It would therefore be useful if the end user could choose what the default should be on layer presets and groups collapsed/expanded. Thus having the deafult for you app being collapsed and then only having to configure the layers you want expanded.
