Basemap Transparency Slider

Hi Everyone,

I can see that there is a transparency slider for layers in the layer list, however there isn't one that I can see for basemaps. Am I missing something obvious? How do I allow users to adjust the transparency of the basemap?

  I would recommend visiting that post and giving it an upvote, and also adding a comment with information for your specific use case for a basemap transparency slider.
