Dynamic grouplayers

When an layer is added to the layerlist in the vertigis web app (either through portal or shapefile), the item appears on the root of the layerlist. 
Our users often add lots of extra layers and therefore the layerlist becomes really crowded.

We would like to have a feature to create grouplayers. The users can then create a grouplayer (for a theme) and put the layers inside of it. Adding or deleting separate layers from grouplayers should be possible as well.

  Good idea. This would be useful for us also. Or alternately, if the layer could be moved into an existing group.
