Anonymous Access for VSW

Hello, it would be good to support anonymous (Guest) access to VSW Apps.

This would allow to create Web Sites that don'r need to login and that can expose only public contents. Then, doing a login, the Web Site could show all protected contents. Same as in Geocortex…
