Populate a drop down list based on geometry picker

Is there a way to dynamically update a drop-down list based on where the user draws a point via the geometry picker? The user would draw 1 point, and then the drop-down would update to show a list of nearby facilities. 

I've tried a change event on the geometry picker, where the point is buffered, and the buffer is used to query the facilities layer. The query layer (query3) is then used in the drop-down subworkflow. But this doesn't seem to work.

  Your approach is exactly how it should work. Could you explain what exactly is not working? Maybe use F12 and then Console in your browse to spot any errors?
