Rotating map notes

Hey,

I would like the option to rotate map notes (the text itself) when using the commands map.add-note or map.edit-note.

To move notes we can use the sketching.edit-geometry command because the text follows the geometry. Enabling rotation here will only rotate the point, not the text.

  I agree. 
  We would also really like to have the text rotation option back. This worked fine in the Geoweb HTML version

  We would also want this option back like the same as in GeoWeb HTML.
